While Ed Brubaker didn't attend NYCC, he still managed to announce a new comic- Fatale, a creator owned book he's doing with Sean Phillips. The story will take place across various periods of time, ranging from the 1930's to present day, and mixes the noir elements Brubaker's best at with something a little more strange and sinister.
